- Chauffeur Direct – For each trip you will receive:
- A 24 hour reminder of trip and details
- Chauffeur and vehicle information 1 hour prior to trip.
- Trip status updates sent to the email or cell phone on your account.
- 9″ iPADS – Every chauffeur is equipped with a standard iPad which displays your company logo and the passengers name. You will receive real time updates directly from the chauffer to your email or cell phone.
- Call Recording – We record all calls for quality assurance to ensure improved customer service, and resolve customer disputes.
- Fleet Complete LYTX – Live fleet wide tracking for accountability. In the event of an accident, Lytx will record three seconds before and ten seconds after the accident from the driver’s point of view.
- Flightview – Utilizing this real time software, we are able to quickly track exact flight times to ensure on-time pickups.
- Auto Customer Service Survey – To ensure customer satisfaction worldwide we have implemented Auto Customer Service Surveys. When a trip’s status changes to “Customer in Car” a survey is sent to the client in real time to give us the most accurate description of the service we and our affiliates are providing.
