Best Easter Day Events in Baltimore

There are dozens of incredible events during March and April in Baltimore. The Easter weekend alone accounts for many of them. There is a plethora of egg hunts and brunches, festivals and parades, marathons and sporting events.

With the arrival of spring, Baltimore and the surrounding areas are all bustling with amazing events. There are so many things you and your loved ones can enjoy during this time of the year, and we wanted to let you know about some of our favorite Easter events in Baltimore that you may not want to miss. Easter weekend starts on Good Friday, on March 30th and ends on Easter Monday, on April 2nd.

Let us start with the well-known springtime event you don’t want to miss -  the National Cherry Blossom Festival. Running through Easter and the 15th of April, the flowers of the cherry trees are the stars of spring, and they brighten up the area with their vibrant colors, and during Easter, the cherry blossoms should be in full bloom (if we don’t have any more snow, that is!). Getting around the city during this time can be challenging. You can count on us to handle all the traffic challenges for you, your family and even a group of friends and family. We have the vehicles to accommodate any number of people.

During this time of the year, you may also wish to attend one or more film festivals that are held through March and April. Our Baltimore limo service can offer you the perfect luxurious ride to and from the film festivals, parades, and other special events happening in the area

Of course, Easter egg hunts are a “must do” for any itinerary on Saturday and Sunday.

In Baltimore, there are a number of opportunities to “hunt”. Applewood Farm, Butler’s Orchard, Fresh McKenzie Farm or Cromwell Valley Farm and Robinson Nature Center, (where there would be indoor exhibits and other attractions) all provide for lots of fun for families. Let us put together a day trip for you that covers hunts, exhibits and other special treats for you and the kids

Downtown Baltimore will host the Littlest Egg Hunt with face painting, petting zoo, games, and moon-bounce. Oregon Ridge Nature Center, Lake Roland, Maryland Zoo, Hawk’s Hill Creamery, Baltimore Humane Society, East Square or Evesham Park all have special programs to help you celebrate. Our Baltimore limo service vehicles are the perfect choice – let us set up an itinerary and vehicle to accommodate all your family members and friends that you’d like to take along to the egg hunts and brunches, followed by other festivities across town.

The skies of our Nation’s Capital will come alive on Saturday, March 31, courtesy of the Blossom Kite Festival which is a part of National Cherry Blossom Festival. You can show off your kite flying skills, or simply enjoy the sights and sounds of this fun time. Take the day off on Monday and make a day of it at the National Zoo. The National Zoo will be hosting its egg hunts and rolls on the 2nd of April, from ten to four. Enjoy live entertainment, a sprawling food bazaar, crafts and wholesome fun for the entire family.

All major hospitality chains, pubs and bars, upscale restaurants and local cafes will have Easter themed celebrations. You can swing by places that you have always wanted to visit or make reservations for the special events that are always in high demand.
